PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an adaptor for a branch water supply capable of simply and easily adding the adaptor to a vertical water faucet without requiring a skilled work such as disassembling and assembling of a faucet main body, without causing a leakage and a damage of component parts or the like in a state of securing safety for use, and without damaging convenience for use and aesthetic appearance. SOLUTION: An adaptor for a branch water supply is comprised of a through part 11 where an external thread part 7 for attachment is able to pass through a water faucet at a main body 4 side, and a minor diameter cylindrical part 12a capable of being inserted to an amounting hole 8 of a ceiling plate 1 at an outer periphery of the through part 11 and a greater diameter cylindrical part 12b incapable of being inserted to the mounting hole 8. Two stages diameter cylindrical adaptor B for the branch water supply, which supply channel 13 is formed in a wall thickness of the minor diameter cylindrical part 12a and the greater diameter cylindrical part 12b and a water supply inlet 15 is set up at the lower edge part of the minor diameter cylindrical part 12a and a branch inlet 16 opened toward a side direction is set up at one place in a peripheral direction of the greater diameter cylindrical part, is arranged at the lower part of the water faucet main body 4 capable of fixedly installing in a state that the water faucet 15 is located at the under of the ceiling plate 1 via lock nuts 10, 17.
