PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building in which columns used in a building unit for an attic are generally used as the columns of the other building unit. SOLUTION: A building unit 5 for an attic having a partly broken ceiling beam 12C is disposed, an adjacent building unit 6 is disposed adjacently to the building unit 5, and the building unit 5 is disposed with the ceiling beams 12C opposed to each other. The building unit 5 and the adjacent building unit 6 are connected to each other with a gantry reinforcement member 9. The gantry reinforcement member 9 includes: a first column part 9A connected to the column 10 of the building unit 5; a second column part 9B connected to the column 10 of the adjacent building unit 6; and a beam part 9C connecting the top end parts of the first and second column parts to each other and straddling the broken and eliminated portion of the ceiling beam.
