PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide door closer equipment which makes a door safely opened/closed by preventing the risk of the collision of a person with the door, against an opening operation under conditions dangerous for the opening of the door, for example, because the person stands on the outside the door. SOLUTION: The door closer equipment, which makes a left side or one left-side end moved outward or inward to apply braking to a moving velocity of the door for opening an entrance, comprises: a person detecting means for detecting the person existing on the outside or inside periphery of the door; a braking means for applying braking so as to reduce the moving velocity of the door when an actuation signal is input; and a control means for transmitting the actuation signal for the opening of the door to the braking means when the person is detected by the person detecting means.
