PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent opening and deformation at a pin layout part due to a load while releasing and to prevent the pin from coming off without increasing in thickness or reinforcement of joint force, and to completely release the slide lock from the rear part of the seat. SOLUTION: This device includes half-split type lever bodies 11, 12 in which half-split type grip openings 15, 16 are opened at an upper side, half-split type belt openings 17, 18 are opened at an lower edge respectively, half-split type wire through holes 19, 20 are opened at both sides to be divided to halves in a vertical direction, to be butted-jointed, a pair of pin retaining hooks 21, 21 having a U shaped bottom 22 in an effect direction of the load on an inner side surface 13 of the one body 11 of the half-split lever bodies 11, 12, and a belt attachment pin 23 hooked and retained by hanging over between the pair of pin retaining hooks 21, 21.
