A coating apparatus of a steel plate and a manufacturing method for coating the steel plate are provided to prevent the delamination phenomenon of a resin coated on the steel plate from the steel plate and to prolong the lifetime of product. A coating apparatus of a steel plate includes a main body dice(3) equipped with a steel plate transfer hole, adhesive resin transfer hole, and resin transfer hole; a side plate(1) for supplying resin installed at the lateral side in which the entrance of the resin transfer hole is located in the main body dice; a side plate(2) for supplying an adhesive resin installed at the lateral side in which the entrance of the adhesive resin transfer hole is located in the main body dice; a dice(4) for adhereing the adhesive resin and the resin at the top and bottom side of the steel plate; and a discharged resin control plate controlling the thickness of the adhesive resin and the resin coated on the upper and lower part of the steel plate. |
