<p>The present invention relates to a process for producing urethane paint comprising purified urushiol, and coated products manufactured by the same, and more particularly, to a method of manufacturing a product coated with urethane paint and lacquer, comprising the steps of mixing crude lacquer with ethanol and centrifuging the mixture to separate an urushiol layer dissolved in the ethanol, heating the urushiol layer, dissolved in the ethanol, to remove the ethanol and moisture from the urushiol layer and thus extract urushiol, mixing the extracted urushiol with urethane paint to manufacture urushiol-comprising urethane paint, and applying and drying the urushiol-comprising urethane paint to wood, various kinds of plastic or metal, by means of any one selected among various processes, such as a spraying process, a roll coating process, a curtain coating process, a film coating process, and a printing process, and products, coated with urethane paint and lacquer, manufactured by the same method. The lacquer-coated product manufactured by the method of the present invention exhibits far infrared emissivity due to a lacquer solution, electromagnetic wave-blocking effects and antibacterial activity and is environmentally friendly and beneficial to health.</p> |
