The invention relates to a system which remotely surveys users of services provided by a person or entity subscribed to the system. The invention comprises a user unit (1, 1a) at different locations at which the subscriber provides the service, by means of which the user requests a survey via communication means (2, 3, 4 and 11) from a remote unit (5) which transmits the survey to the user unit (1, 1a) in order for the user to complete the survey using a touch screen (10), the completed survey being transmitted to the remote unit which stores same in order to produce statistical reports. The invention enables the subscriber to access the statistical reports and to maintain and modify the surveys to be sent to each of the user units (1, 1a) such that they can be configured by the subscriber according to requirements.
