An applying method of collagen food and cosmetic ingredients is provided to be used as a food and beauty product material by using collagen protein which is separated and purified from Silkworm pupa and comprises ACE inhibition effect and antioxidant activity. A collagen separation method from Silkworm pupa comprises the following features of: a method of separating and purifying collagen protein from Silkworm pupa; compound for using collagen protein as the food and beauty product material; and a manufacturing method which is hydrolyzed and separated and refined by using the enzyme of the pepsin, trypsin, theneutrase, and the alcalase.
