An anisotropic conductive adhesive capsule is provided to prevent electrical shortage by positioning relatively many conductive filler on an electrode, and to enhance the adhesive force between electrodes by hardening a thermosetting adhesive resin, because capsules are burst by being pressed down between electrodes. An anisotropic conductive adhesive capsule(10) is filled with a conductive filler(12) and thermosetting adhesive resin(14) in the capsule encapsulated to the polymer(16). The conductive filler is a single particle or a mixture particle selected from a group consisting of (i) a single or a mixture of metal or metal oxide selected from nickel, iron, copper, aluminium, tin, zinc, chrome, cobalt, silver and gold; (ii) a single or a mixture of conductive particles selected from the group consisting of lead and carbon; (iii) particles in which a thin metal layer is formed on the surface of a nucleating agent selected from a group consisting of glass, ceramics and polymer; and (iv) the particle having a thin metal layer formed on the surface of a nucleating agent, coated with an insulating resin.
