A hologram image distortion compensation method is provided to make automatic error interpolation through simple numerical calculation possible in any system by creating simple algorithm producing only nine variables using simple error component estimation algorithm in order to compensate pixel deviation between the incident light and an image sensor. A hologram image distortion compensation method includes a step for extracting a required number of specific points from an image forming a hologram image page, a step for producing a distortion factor of the corresponding image page using the extracted specific points, and a step for compensating the distortion of the reproduced image by applying an error correction determinant composed of the calculated distortion factor to the coordinate of the pixel of the hologram image page.
