A commercial right-related geometrical information provision method is provided to allow a user to receive information about geometrical information and buildings required for commercial right analysis. A commercial right-related geometrical information provision method comprises the following steps. A user inputs commercial right-related geometrical information which he/she wants to know(311). The inputted information is stored in a memory(315). The general caller display mode of a mobile phone is converted into a commercial right mode according to the selection of a corresponding functional key(318). The stored information is displayed on a screen of the mobile phone.
