<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and a high-reliability motor driving apparatus for automobile capable of cooling the inside of a housing and suppressing the temperature rise, using a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The motor driving apparatus for automobile is equipped with a power converter constituting an inverter unit for driving a motor used to drive the automobile, a controller constituting a controlling unit for controlling the inverter unit, a transcalent housing constituting a closed space with the power converter and the controller stacked independently therein, a cooler mounted thermally in contact with the power converter and thermally connected to the housing formed of a transcalent body, and a thermal conductor, formed of the transcalent body so as to sustain and thermally connect the controller to the housing formed of the transcalent body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
