<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable wiring board having built-in components. <P>SOLUTION: The wiring board 10 has a core substrate 11, a ceramic capacitor 101, and a wiring laminated section 31. On the core substrate 11, a storage hole section 90 is formed. The ceramic capacitor 101 has a resin coating layer 151 coating a capacitor main surface 102 and a capacitor side 106. One portion 33a of an interlayer insulation layer 33 composing the wiring laminated section 31 fills up a clearance between an inner-wall surface 91 of the storage hole section 90 and the surface of the resin coating layer 151 coating the capacitor side 106 to fix the ceramic capacitor 101 onto the core substrate 11, thus reducing the clearance between the storage hole section 90 and the ceramic capacitor 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
