PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polymer composition capable of obtaining a molded article excellent in impact resistance and durability. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polymer composition comprises: 5 to 90% by mass of an aliphatic polyester (A), 5 to 45% by mass of a block polymer (B) containing at least one hard segment block (B1) selected from a polyamide, a polyester, a polyolefin and a polyurethane and an ether bond-containing soft segment block (B2); and 5 to 50% by mass of at least one polymer (C) selected from a polyester-based resin (C1) [with the proviso that the components (A) and (B) are excepted], a polyamide-based resin (C2) [with the proviso that the component (B) is excepted], an acrylic resin (C3), a polycarbonate-based resin (C4), a polyacetal-based resin (C5), a polyphenylene ether-based resin (C6) and a polyolefin-based resin (C7) [with the proviso that the component (B) is excepted], wherein the total of the components (A), (B) and (C) is 100% by mass.
