<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly and continuously measure the variation of viscosity of an agitated and defoamed material. <P>SOLUTION: Operation of a motor 12 rotating a revolution table 11 and a vessel 34 is controlled by a microcomputer constituting a control part 3. The microcomputer 3 drives the motor 12 based on operation star signals from an operation means, and when the motor 12 starts, the power consumption of the motor 12 is detected by a power consumption detection means. Then, the microcomputer compares the power consumption P of the motor 12 detected by the power consumption detection means with a reference power consumption Ps stored in a memory in advance. When it determines that the operation time T of the motor 12 has not exceded allowable upper limit time T<SB>2</SB>, the power consumption P of the motor 12 is less than the reference power consumption Ps, and the operation time T of the motor 12 has reached allowable lower limit time T<SB>1</SB>, it displays the determined result on a display means to break conduction to the motor 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
