<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of controlling browsing of pay contents with high image quality. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a content browsing system comprising: an IC card for storing an advertisement playback cumulative time and a content playback key received from a DVD player; the DVD player which creates a written requirement of playback key issuance containing the advertisement playback cumulative time stored on the IC card and information identifying contents, transmits the created written requirement to a playback key distribution server device, receives a redirected content playback key, decrypts encrypted contents, plays back and displays the contents; and the playback key distribution server device which determines whether the advertisement playback cumulative time contained in the received written requirement of playback key issuance exceeds a playback allowable reference time or not and redirects the content playback key to the IC card. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
