<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor control device capable of properly controlling the voltage produced in a control target cell by reducing the number of circuit elements varied in characteristics by a temperature change or the like using a digital signal. <P>SOLUTION: The gas sensor controller 1 is equipped with a second pumping cell 13 having a first sensor terminal 19a and a third sensor terminal 19c and also equipped with a VsVp monitor circuit 26 for once converting the second cable terminal voltage Vp between the first sensor terminal 19a and the third sensor element 19c to a digital signal and MC 21 for operational processing the digital signal. Further, the gas sensor controller is equipped with a second A/D converter for setting the signal after the operational processing to analogue set voltage Vpa1 and a second predetermined voltage circuit 25b for setting the second terminal voltage Vp to the second predetermined voltage V2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
