摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate a battery temperature without time lag, and to control charge/discharge based on the estimation. SOLUTION: A hybrid ECU performs a program includes a processing step (S1010) for processing SOC in the battery; a calculating step (S1020) for calculating an initial WIN (limited power at charging side) and an initial WOUT (limited power at discharging side); a detecting step (S1030) for detecting the ambient temperature and the battery temperature; a detecting step (S1040) for detecting battery current value; a calculating step (S1050) for calculating estimated battery temperature; a processing step (S1060, S1070) for processing output limit ratio by using a higher temperature in the estimated battery temperature and the detected battery temperature; and a calculating step (S1110) for calculating a final WIN and a final WOUT by using the output limit ratio.
