PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating device that allows an oscillated element to be resonated, while achieving miniaturization. SOLUTION: The oscillating device 100 includes a supporting element 10 provided in an oscillated element 50, and including an electromagnet 14, and a mover 20 supported movably by the supporting element, as well as including a permanent magnet 10. Then, the oscillating device 100 is configured to cause the oscillated element 50 to be resonated by changing frequencies of AC currents (drive current) to be supplied to the electromagnet 14.
