PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibrations of an interior decoration plate for sound output constituting a corresponding part of an interior decoration surface from being transmitted to a base structure material side to which the interior decoration plate for sound output is fitted when a portion of an interior decoration surface of a building vibrates to generate a sound in a room, and to prevent vibrations from being transmitted even to an ordinary interior decoration plate side by cutting an edge from an adjacent ordinary interior decoration plate when the portion of the interior decoration surface of a building vibrates to generate a sound in a room. SOLUTION: A frame body 3 in a rectangular shape is provided at an outer periphery of the back of the interior decoration plate 1 for sound output as an interior decoration plate constituting the interior decoration surface N of the building, and an exciter 2 for generating the sound in the room by vibrating the interior decoration plate 1 for sound output is provided on the back of the interior decoration 1 for sound output. A frame 5 for fixation in a rectangular shape is fixed to a top surface side of the base structure material 4.
