PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device with improved following to an object at the time of personal authentication processing. SOLUTION: The imaging device with a function of personal authentication processing which enables personal authentication of an object performs personal authentication processing by grouping detected faces of multiple people for each frame having multiple images. By grouping, time required for personal authentication processing per one image frame is shortened and it is made easy to respond to the object's movement or displacement at the time of photography recording.
