PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve technology to support an antenna attached to a casing of a portable wireless communication apparatus so that the antenna can be raised or tilted, obtain a good operation feeling, and securely hold rotational angle positions. SOLUTION: An antenna body 5 is fixed to a hinge piece 8 pivoted to a sleeve 3 by a hinge axis 9. A rod 10 is housed in the sleeve 3 and biased by coil springs 11 toward the upper side of the figure. Thereby the tip of the rod 10 is pressed to a cylindrical surface 8a of the hinge piece 8 in a state of nearly point contact, and gives resistance to the rotation of the hinge piece 8.
