PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify an opposite party of the distribution of a mail, regardless of whether the opposite party opens the mail or not. SOLUTION: Mail servers (12, 15) for receiving mails to the users of the self server, preserving them in mail boxes (121, 151), and originating mails to the users of another server specify the originator of the received mail to the user of the self server, and originates a distribution notifying mail, which notifies the opposite party of the distribution of the mail, to the specified originator.
