MOBILE TERMINAL AND HANDOVER PROCESSING APPARATUS IN RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio terminal which can prevent the deterioration of communication throughput after handover processing. SOLUTION: The mobile radio terminal controls the deterioration of a communication speed between the mobile radio terminal and a communication partner's terminal in a radio communication system if no response for transmission data comes within a given period of time, and is composed by providing a handover decision means 1 which decides the execution of the handover processing to the other radio base station according to a request from the radio base station or autonomously; a reception response return discrimination means 2 which checks whether all reception responses have been returned or not when the execution of the handover processing is decided by the handover decision means 1; and a handover execution means 4 which executes the handover processing when it is determined that all reception responses have been returned by the reception response return discrimination means 2.
