PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication device which forms a data link for control requiring a reply of acknowledgement response data from a reception source of data, the data communication device being capable of replaying the acknowledgement response data to a transmission source of data with a shorter delay time. SOLUTION: The data communication device has an acknowledgement response data detection unit 11 and a data transmission unit (switching unit) 18. The acknowledgement response data detection unit 11 decides whether data input from a terminal is acknowledgement response data sent in response to reception of data sent from a base station. The data transmission unit (switching unit) 18 preferentially transmits data decided as acknowledgement response data to the base station in a data transmission timing period included in a data transmission schedule.
