PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system allowing matching processing without performing cutout or the like of a character line, and allowing reduction of the frequency of the matching processing by performing integration processing to further reduce a calculation amount. SOLUTION: An extraction means of this image processing system extracts a constituent element from an image, a classification means classifies the constituent element extracted by the extraction means, an integration means integrates the constituent elements classified by the classification means based on overlap between the constituent elements, and performs the integration processing for making the integrated constituent elements be classified by the classification means, and a matching means performs the matching processing to the constituent elements integrated by the integration means.
