PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out measurement of microorganisms corresponding to the proper use of a plurality of kinds of reagents according to the purposes with higher sensitivity and reliability. SOLUTION: A system for measuring the microorganisms is equipped with a chip 109 for measuring the microorganisms having a specimen reservoir 101, a reagent reservoir 103, a micro-flow channel B106 where a specimen solution is mixed with a reagent solution, an optical measurement apparatus 113 for measuring the luminous quantity in the micro-flow channel B106, a liquid feeding means for introducing the specimen solution and the reagent solution into the micro-flow channel B106, a temperature regulating means 112 for controlling the reaction temperature in the micro-flow channel B106 and a treatment control part 116 for performing control over memory of measured values with the optical measurement apparatus 113, the liquid feeding means and the temperature regulating means 112.
