PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it is difficult to correctly indicate an operational direction to a moving unit to be operated in multiple directions, and an increase in cost and degradation of the operability when constituting an operation unit for operating a large number of on-vehicle apparatuses, cannot be avoided. SOLUTION: Posture information indicating the posture in a three-dimensional space of a remote controller for operating on-vehicle apparatuses, and operation information indicating the operation to an operation unit provided in the remote controller are acquired. The indicating direction indicated in the operation unit, based on the posture information, and the operation information are specified in the three-dimensional space, and the control is made to operate the moving unit of the on-vehicle apparatuses in the direction corresponding to the specified indicating direction.
