Method for combined recycling of waste polymer material or joint production with carbon black and integrated equipment thereof. Above said method comprises: breaking or coarsely crushing a part of waste polymer to obtain intermediate product group I comprising waste polymer blocks, powder, or waste polymer powder and mixed fibrous fragments; heat cracking another part of waste polymer or mixed fibrous fragments in intermediate product group I and applying subsequent processing, to obtain product group II comprising heat cracked oil and intermediate product group II comprising heat cracked carbon black dregs and/or tar dregs; mixing the heat cracking carbon black dregs and/or tar dregs in intermediate product group II with the powder of waste polymer in intermediate product group I, superfinely crushing and/or heating desulfurating, plastifying, mixing to obtain product group I comprising mixture of superfine rubber powder and carbon black powder.
