A CONTAINER REFILL PUMP ASSEMBLY

A pump (12) for dispensing a liquid from a container has a structure whereby the container can be refilled without the removal of the pump from the container. The pump is comprised of a dispenser main section which has a pump body with a dip (39) tube extending from a lower end and an actuator section at an upper end. The actuator section has an actuator surface (24) and a refill channel (30) which extends through the pump body from adjacent the actuator surface at one end to adjacent the dip tube of the pump body at the other end. The actuator surface is removable or hingedly attached to the actuator section. Upon opening the actuator surface the refill channel is exposed and a liquid can be poured into the refill channel to refill the container.
