A color master batch composition for flame retardant polypropylene insulation material is provided to ensure excellent physical properties and uniform color distribution in manufacturing a colored resin pellet and other molded product due to excellent dispersibility with a uncolored resin. A color master batch composition for flame retardant polypropylene insulation material comprises a polypropylene resin 100 parts by weight having the melt index(MI) of 10 or greater; polypropylene wax 50-100 parts by weight; and pigment 10-60 parts by weight. The pigment is a single material and a mixture selected from a group consisting of an organic pigment, an inorganic pigment and a composite pigment mixed with at least two kinds of organic / inorganic pigment.
