PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the operability of an operation rod without using any cable.

SOLUTION: An operation rod 70 comprises a first rod 71 and a second rod 72. One end 71a of the first rod 71 is turnably connected to a lock-close 60, and the second rod 72 is slidably supported by a hand lever 8. The other end 71b of the first rod 71 and one end 72a of the second rod 72 are connected by a connection part 73. The connection part 73 comprises: a long hole 80 formed in the other end 71b of the first rod 71; and a pin 81 formed on one end 72a of the second rod 72 and slidably engaged with the long hole 80. The connection part 73 permits the rotation and the slide of the other end 71b of the first rod 71 with respect to one end 72a of the second rod 72 when the hand lever 8 is turned.
