<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform traveling in response to a demand while restraining vibration of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: When one of the absolute values of the number of revolutions of two motors Nm1 and Nm2 is within a range of a resonant rotational number region including a resonance frequency of the vehicle and the other is out of the range of a resonant rotational number region of the vehicle (S150 and S160), a torque output from the motor corresponding to the one is made smaller than a torque output for efficiently driving the two motors (S170 to S200), two motors are controlled to travel by outputting a required torque Tr* within the range of torque limits Tmin and Tmax based on input/output limits Win and Wout of a battery 50 and rated torques Tm1lim and Tm2lim of the motors MG1 and MG2 (S110 to S140 and S210 to S240).
