<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aroma transmission device that enables an information enjoying person to feel a generated aroma linked with successively changing video etc. <P>SOLUTION: The aroma transmission device has an aroma emitting means 9 of emitting aroma, an aroma temperature measuring means of measuring the temperature of the emitted aroma, an ambient temperature measuring means 5 of measuring the temperature of an atmosphere where the aroma is to be emitted, and a control means 19 of controlling the emission of the aroma by the aroma emitting means 9 according to the difference between the aroma temperature and ambient temperature.
