<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with a small cleaning burden not deteriorating the quality of a bulk material by conveying in a conveying device and a conveying-metering device for the bulk material. <P>SOLUTION: A screw thread 22 is formed at the outer periphery of a conveying screw 21, and a pair of screws 2a in which two parallel conveying screws 21a, 21b are made to be one pair is constituted. In the one-side conveying screw 21a and the other side conveying screw 21b constituting the pair of screws 2a, the screw threads 22 are in a relationship of reverse screws to each other, and they are mutually reversely rotated in an entraining direction at an upper side. In each of the pair of screws 2a, the bulk materials M are placed on the screw threads 22 of the respective conveying screws 21a, 21b and forwardly fed.
