<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-connector material which realizes improvement in conductivity and improvement in adhesion at the same time, while maintaining excellently a sintering property. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte fuel cell is equipped with a plurality of unit cells and an inter-connector 15 to connect electrically the plurality of unit cells. The inter-connector 15 is provided with an airtight-emphasized portion 15a consisting of a material having a composition formula: Sr<SB>1-3x/2</SB>La<SB>x</SB>Ti<SB>1+y</SB>O<SB>3-δ</SB>and a conductivity serious-consideration portion 15b having a conductivity higher than that of the airtight-emphasized portion 15a.
