<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reticle case capable of smoothly detaching a lid from a case body without any shock or the like and opening the case body even when a space between the case body and the lid is sealed over the entire periphery by an elastic seal member. <P>SOLUTION: The reticle case includes a case body 1, a lid 2, a releasable locking member 3(3A), and a case opening spring 15 arranged between the case body 1 and the lid 2 so as to push up the lid 2 from the case body 1 when the locking member 3(3A) is released. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
