PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom internal facing plate sound output system, superior in an appearance and waterproofness, capable of preventing vibration of a wall and the ceiling of a surrounding bathroom, and capable of outputting a sound of high tone quality.

SOLUTION: This bathroom internal facing plate sound output system has a waterproof panel 3 constituting the wall 1 or the ceiling 2 of the bathroom. The waterproof panel 3 has a waterproof plate 7 and an outer frame part 8 fixed to an outdoor side surface of a pair of opposed edge parts of the waterproof plate 7. An exciter 5 is arranged on the outdoor side surface of the waterproof plate 7 for outputting the sound in the bathroom by vibrating the waterproof plate 7.
