<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation program creating device and a power generation program creating method which can determine the number of generators belonging to a generator system on the basis of an economic index, in the generator system composed of generator groups. <P>SOLUTION: After an output of the generator system has been determined by a generator output setting part 4 on the basis of the economic index such as a fuel unit price, the number of generators in the generator system is determined at each unit time by using a relationship between the number of generators registered in the data table of a storage device 1 and an output upper/lower limit corresponding to the number of generators. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
