PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a distribution method, and a distribution program which can improve efficiency of processing in a case that there are jobs whose destinations are common about distribution of electronic data. SOLUTION: The information processor has a distribution means which executes a distribution job which distributes electronic data to a designated destination. The distribution means records a destination about a first distribution job whose distribution has failed in a storage means, and does not transmit electronic data about a second distribution job to the above destination recorded in the storage device.
