PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix two substrates with each other without causing torsion stress to act on an inter-substrate connector. SOLUTION: The substrate fixing structure is a fixing structure in which two substrates 2, 3 are fixed with each other in a state where an inter-substrate connector 10 of surface mounting for connecting the two substrates 2, 3 is superimposed between the two substrates. The fixing structure is provided with at least one substrate fixing spacer 20 having a first fixing portion 21 provided on one end and having one substrate 2 to be fixed thereto, a second fixing portion 22 provided on the other end and having the other substrate 3 to be fixed thereto, and a spacer portion 23 for connecting the first fixing portion 21 to the second fixing portion 22. At least either the first fixing portion 21 or the second fixing portion 22 comprises a sandwiching piece portion 31 and a sandwiching receiving piece portion 33 for sandwiching the substrate 3, and a sandwiching fixing screw 35 for sandwiching and fixing the substrate 3 via the sandwiching piece portion 31 and the sandwiching receiving piece portion 33.
