PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an imaging device, and an image processing method which can minimize operability deterioration without increasing the number of combinations more than necessary in combining a plurality of images and through image quality improvement. SOLUTION: When an SN ratio (Signal to Noise ratio) of an image and brightness are improved by a combination of a plurality of images, whether or not brightness (brightness value) of combined images has reached a predetermined level is determined. By determining whether to continue or end combined image acquisition and combination processing, extra combination processing can be avoided.
