PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste which is excellent in conductivity, adhesive characteristics, and elasticity, and exhibits excellent PTC characteristics regardless of low specific resistance. SOLUTION: The conductive paste contains conductive fine particles (A), organic resin (B), and resin fine particles (C) and (D). It is characterized in that it is polyester resin, modified polyester resin, or polyurethane resin of which the organic resin (B) has a number average molecular weight of 3,000 or higher and a glass transition temperature of -40°C to 30°C.
