PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color change device capable of easily creating a desired color and controlling colors created in the process of color changing and preventing appearance of a undesired illuminating color. SOLUTION: The color change device comprises a color change mechanism 25 for changing colors of illuminating light in response to control signals, a monitor 11 displaying an image, a display control means 41 for making the monitor 11 display a chromaticity diagram image, a mouse 13 for instructing and entering position information of a required point of the chromaticity diagram image displayed on the monitor 11, and a color control means 42 for transmitting control information for realizing a color on the color displayed images in response to the position information of the required point entered by the mouse 13 to a color change mechanism 25 side.
