PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attitude aligning device for aligning attitude of a plurality of objects by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In stead of the existing attitude aligning device, the attitude aligning device of the invention is provided with a plurality of grasping equipment units for varying attitude between the retaining attitude for retaining a plurality of objects and the releasing attitude for releasing them; a plurality of support equipment units for supporting the plurality of grasping equipment units respectively; a rotation equipment unit for rotating the plurality of support equipment units respectively; and a plurality of detection sensors made in association with the plurality of grasping equipment units respectively and capable of detecting at least a part of an outer peripheral shape of the object retained by the relevant grasping equipment units respectively. While the rotation equipment rotates the plurality of grasping equipment units respectively, when the plurality of detection sensors detect that a setting shape of a portion of the outer peripheral shape of the plurality of objects is directed in a specific direction respectively, the plurality of grasping equipment units associated with each of the plurality of detection sensors vary the attitude from the retaining attitude to the releasing attitude respectively.
