PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold a mobile device, and easily remove a mobile device. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle electronic device 100 comprises: a body part 110; and a front surface part 120 movably supported by the body part 110 to cover or expose the body part 110. A recess 170 allowing the mobile device 10 to be detachable is formed in the front surface of the front surface part 120. The upper surface of the recess 170 is opened. This on-vehicle electronic system is also provided. When the mobile device is removed, it can be held by exposing the body part. The mobile device is easily removed thereby.
