PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which active ingredients are released over an extended period of time and the released active ingredients remain near circumstances where these are released in cosmetic, personal care and household products. SOLUTION: The system comprises oil-absorbing polymers of one or more, and water-sensitive surface active polymers of one or more, wherein the active ingredients of one or more are encapsulated in a coating triggered by reaction with water.
