PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill unit of high usability free from deformation of fixed guide rails and slide rails with a simple structure, and to provide a heating cooker comprising the same. SOLUTION: This grill unit comprises a roughly box-shaped grill chamber 11 having an opening portion at its front side, and provided with the fixed guide rails 14a, 14b at lower portions of inner faces of both side walls, a grill door device 20 composed of a grill door 21 for opening and closing the opening portion of the grill chamber 11, and the slide rails 23a, 23b fixed to both sides of the grill doors 21 at one end and slidably fitted to outer peripheries of the fixed guide rails 14a, 14b, and a grill pan 40 loaded on the grill door device 20.
