PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery device capable of reducing heat loss. SOLUTION: This device is mounted on a vehicle provided with an exhaust system 10 making exhaust gas discharged from an engine 11 flow therein, and a heater circuit 20 provided independently from a cooling water circuit 60 circulating cooling water cooling the engine 11 and circulating heating object fluid, and comprises an evaporation part 31 provided in an exhaust system 10 and heating and evaporating working fluid enclosed therein by heat exchange with exhaust gas, a condensation part 32 provided in a heater circuit above the evaporation part 31 and cooling and condensing working fluid and heating the heating object fluid by heat exchange of evaporated working fluid and the heating object fluid, an evaporation pipe 44 and a recirculation pipe 45 annularly connecting the evaporation part 31 and the condensation part 32 and circulating the working fluid, and a heater core 22 provided in a heater circuit 20.
