PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting machine for releasing from a danger and labor of snow removing work of snow lying on a roof and processing work thereafter. SOLUTION: A waterproof nonslipping rubber sheet 1 is laid on the whole roof, and a duct 2 attached with the rubber sheet is installed with a proper width on a vertical surface of the roof. A bracket 3 is installed with a proper width on a horizontal surface of the roof on its duct by crossing with the duct 2. An electric power heating element 4 is incorporated between a U-shaped heat conduction plate 5 and a heat conduction plate 6 attached with a heat radiating plate 7, and an integrated object is incorporated into a heat conduction plate installing material 9. A cover 8 is put on by an iron plate so as to cover the bracket 3 from above it. A rubber sheet 7 is also installed on the lower side so as not to release radiated heat.
